PMVA training
PREVENTION AND MANAGEMENT OF VIOLANCE AND AGGRESSION
Note: The PMVA training is for 2 days and require sphysical presence.
Three levels of violence and aggression prevention and management are developed in our PMVA courses:
- Preventative measures to stop violent or aggressive occurrences.
- Reactive measures to diffuse and defuse a developing scenario.
- Reactive tactics to reduce the chance of harm and take back command of an event. Your group will gain knowledge on how to use suitable non-escalation and secondary de-escalation tactics, but in the interim, your team will gain the ability to safely employ suitable non-restrictive or, when needed, restrictive physical interventions.
